With Southern Septic and Lift Station Corp., you’ll get a quick, thorough inspection and certification, so you won’t have to wait any longer than you absolutely have to to move into your new home!
How Does The Process Work?
The process works like any old septic tank inspection. Your Southern Septic and Lift Station Corp. will come to your property and look at every component and aspect of your septic system. First, we’ll find and uncover your septic tank. Then we’ll pump it out so that we can get a good view of the condition of the inside of the tank and its working components. At this point, we can begin the actual inspection. We’ll look at every component of your septic tank: the electrical and alarm control panel, the aerator unit, the dousing pump, etc.
We’ll also look at the visible condition and operation of the aerator line. Then, of course, we’ll check the condition of the tank’s inner walls. If everything is found to be in proper working order, we’ll certify your tank! The process takes little time, and in addition to your certification, you’ll also get the knowledge that your septic tank is in proper working order, so you can buy your new home with confidence!
